Scheduling can be done 24/7 with your secure log in. Select the apartments that you want to have turned, then choose the date for service and select and book among participating vendors.

If the vendor hasn’t made contact to report that they’re running late, contact us directly. We’ll follow up right away and arrange for another vendor to perform same-day service.

Everyone has an off day, but if your vendor hasn’t completed the job to your satisfaction, contact us as soon as you have walked the apartment and let us know what the deficiencies are. We’ll do the follow up to ensure quality control.

Scheduling can be done as soon as an apartment is on notice to move out. If an apartment is already vacant, ideally, scheduling is done at least 24 hours in advance. We understand that emergencies come up, though, so if you need same-day cleaning, we can arrange that among available vendors.

You pay the vendor as you normally would.
